About the Event

We look forward to having you with us at our COVID modified Annual Gala & Silent Auction substitute “Wheels, Meals, and Reels” at the Healing Horses Kauai pasture. Please help us fill our donation jar! For legal reasons, the ticket price reflects the food cost and equipment rental.
When: November 7, 2020 6pm - 9pm (gates open 5:30). Please be parked by 6pm, movie starts a few minutes after sunset (approx. 6:15)
***In the event of inclement weather an email will be sent by 4pm day of. Available rain date is November 21st.***
Where: Healing Horses Kauai pasture
What: Food catered by THE GREENERY. (Veggie or Chicken Wrap, Popcorn and Juice Box.) Bring your own additional beverages, flashlight, and FM radio (portable battery-powered radio is best, but you can also use the one in your car). The featured movie will be MGM’s The Black Stallion (1979).
Covid Protocols: Limited to 40 vehicles. All attendees are to stay within their assigned parking stalls except when transiting to and from the toilets, when in transit they are to wear a mask and practice social distancing. When you come, PLEASE PRINT YOUR TICKET AND HANDWRITE THE NAMES OF ALL PASSENGERS IN THE VEHICLE.

Terms and Conditions:
Meal registration closes November 6th at 3pm HST so as to allow time for the caterer time to prepare. Any tickets purchased after this time cannot be guaranteed a meal. If you need to cancel your ticket reservation, please make sure to do so no later than November 6th at 12PM so that we may offer your ticket reservation to another family. Cancellations will only be accepted via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Ticket reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Each car may transport the number of household members it can safely and must abide by Hawaii’s Universal Seatbelt Law.
Reservations required prior to the event. Must have Confirmation Tickets available upon entry (Printed). No duplicate tickets allowed. Tickets purchased after the 40-car limit is reached will be placed on a waitlist with monies refunded if not called by Healing Horses staff prior to the event and registrant chooses not to consider donating the cost.
No additional food or beverage vendors on-site. Recommended to BYOB.
No smoking on premises.
Families must stay in the vehicle at all times. No individuals allowed to exit their vehicle during the entire program unless using the restroom. All restroom goers are to follow the strict social distancing protocols and are required to wear a mask that covers mouth AND nose while in transit. Personnel will be on-site to enforce CDC, State, and County protocols to maintain safe social distancing. Refusal to comply with COVID requirements will result in guest dismissal.
Release of Liability
• By completing this registration and attending the car cinema and dining event(s), participants agree to release Equine Therapy, Inc. (dba Healing Horses Kauai) as well as all management, sponsors, and affiliated businesses and organizations involved in this event of all liability.
• By completing this registration, you are consenting to the terms & conditions, as well as all required registrations, disclosures, waivers, and agreement forms from all affiliated business and organizations.
Participants acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with participating in the car cinema and dining event and are freely, knowingly and voluntarily entering into this release.
